The person behind Delfines DayCare
A life project dedicated to early childhood care

Our story
Delfines DayCare was born from Monica Cortes' dream: to create a space where every child feels as safe and loved as they do at home. For over 6 years, Monica has opened the doors of her home in Woonsocket, Rhode Island, to support families through one of the most important stages of early childhood.
Every corner is designed for exploration, play and learning: colors, textures, stories and laughter are part of the daily routine. Monica firmly believes every child learns at their own pace, in a warm, structured and loving environment.

Monica Cortes
With over 6 years of experience in child care and early preschool education, Monica continually trains in pediatric first aid, safety, nutrition and child development alongside institutions such as the Rhode Island Department of Human Services and The Center for Early Learning Professionals.
